Pakistan Cooperation Strengthens Peace Process

Kabul (BNA) As everybody knows, the delegation of High Peace Council and the foreign minister of the country during a visit to Islamabad called for release of Taliban prisoners, who are considered effective in stepping up the   process of peace negotiations
The Pakistan government showing goodwill to the demand of Afghan side immediately released 9 Taliban prisoners and afterward, released   another group of the prisoners.
Presently, the Pakistan government for further cooperation and accelerating the process of peace in Afghanistan has made decision gradually release the other Taliban prisoners living behind the bars of prisons in that country.
As at the first day of the New Year, they released 8 Taliban main members including Mullah Turabi the then justice minister of Taliban, Mullah Abdul Bari a governor, the deputy minister of communications ministry  and Mullah Azam a former guard Mullah Omer the spiritual leader of Taliban.
Although the analysts of political affairs of the country, are suspected about the release of those prisoners who are physically and mentally in a poor condition, not so effective in the process of peace negation, but the spokesperson of President of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan welcoming the decision of Pakistani authorities for releasing Taliban prisoners, asks them to free the remaining prisoners.
Meanwhile, the authorities of High Peace Council believe, if the released prisoners go to Qatar to join their families and red themselves from captivity of Pakistan government, can play an effective role in pushing forward the peace process.
In spite of various views regarding the peace process, Afghan government as a stout advocate of inner-Afghan talks in Afghanistan supports and welcomes any endeavors especially conducted by cooperation of Pakistan government and moderate Taliban who respect the constitution and the spiritual values of our homeland
The Afghan people are tired of fighting and destructions, so eagerly desire, the moves by the authorities of Pakistani government could be effective in accelerating the peace process in Afghanistan, in order the decades suffering Afghan nation access to a permanent peace and security in their country.
