23 Tons of Russian Humanitarian Aid Arrives Kabul

KABUL (BNA) Russia handed over 23 tons of food and non-food items and spices to the officials of the Ministry of Disaster Affairs, on Wednesday.

On Wednesday morning Russia delivered 23 tons of food and non-food items and spices through Kabul international Airport.

Ghulam Ghwas Naseri, the Acting Minister of Disaster Managment, expressed his appreciation for Russia’s humanitarian aid for the people of Afghanistan.

“We will distribute these aids through a transparent manner to the victims of southeast tragedy,” he added.

Later, ambassador of Russia in Kabul, said: ” 23 tons of food, non-food and spices, including rice, blankets, disinfectants and tents, are assisted for the victims of natural disasters.”
