Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai accepted the credentials of non-resident Moroccan ambassador to Afghanistan at the Presidential Palace at a special ceremony, in presence of acting foreign minister Zarar Ahmad Usmani.
President Karzai met with the ambassador following the ceremony, and discussed expansion of bilateral ties between the two nations.
The ambassador conveyed the greeting and good sentiments of Moroccan king to President Karzai and assured him that during his mission in Afghanistan he will work to expand relations between the two nations.
President Karzai urged the ambassador to convey his good sentiments and greetings to the Moroccan king as well and wished him success in his mission in Afghanistan.
