Sar-e-Pul (BNA) Seven armed Taliban were killed following (Bereshna) operation in Sar-e-Pul province and clearing operation continues to clean insecure area from presence of armed insurgents.
Lt. Abdul Latef head of Shaheen 209 army crops battalion told BNA, the operation has been started four days ago in that province, some insecure villages of the provinces were cleaned from presence of armed insurgents and seven Taliban militants lost their lives.
The source added that the operation continues to complete cleaning insecure areas from presence of insurgents there.
According to the source, there were no casualties among security forces in the operation.
