Kabul (BNA) With the arrival of spring season, insecurities have increased in the country and in this connection, people deputies are also concern about the menace and say that non completion of cabinet is one of main reasons behind these insecurities in the country.
In a fresh case, the provinces of Balkh, Ghazni, Nangarhar and Badakhshan are the witnesses of deadly attacks that as a result, a number of innocent people either are martyred or injured. In connection with recent insecurities in the country, the House of People (HoP) laying emphasize that the session of HoP should take the present worse situation of the country in its agenda till decision be made in this regard. Speaker of the house, Abdurrauf Ibrahimi in respect to recent insecurities of the country said that recently, insecurities are increased in the country. In parts of the country, our people beheaded and sans any reason our compatriots are kidnapping. So continuation of such situation is not acceptable for us. The house of people should take in its agenda one day, the issue relating to recent security situation and challenges and the roadmaps are available, till the security institutions to adopt decision in the connection and the people’s concern in regard with insecurity are responded.
At the same time, due to welcoming from capabilities of security forces of the country and assuring people about maintaining security in the country, the ministries of interior and national defense say that now, the armed insurgents are weakened and have no capability to encounter with security forces. The treatments within recent few years caused that the capability of enemies be lowered more. This caused that they lose the capability of facing with our security forces. Since the Special Forces took the responsibility of special operations, they had many successes in maintaining peace and annihilation of opponents. A number of MPs with expressing their concern about worsening of security situation in their related provinces believe that not completion of cabinet and promoting of affairs in security institutions by tutors in capital and provinces of the country caused insecurities be increased in the country. A MP Nilofar Ibrahimi says that unfortunately, the leaders of national unity government don’t know what is going on in the country. So, the house of people is responsible to certify its stance in present situation. If the house is not able to do something, its door should be closed. Another member of parliament, Latif Pedram while accusing government for non-paying heed to recent security situation in the country said that the security institutions should respond to people in this regard.
Sar-e-Pul deputy Aziza Jaleel criticizing about increment of insecurity in the country says that every day, the people of Afghanistan are scarifying. The leaders of national unity government should respond why insecurities are increased? She also asks that why the grouping terrorists especially Daesh increased. This Member of Parliament wants from the latter to give vote of confidence to new ministers and the present concerns should be ended. At the same time, a number of witnesses expressing their concern over further worsening of security situation in the country say that the enemies of the people of Afghanistan don’t want a stable and democratic system be established in the country. So, it is up to the people to stand beside the security forces of the country and fight against the mercenaries of aliens. Commemorating from the security forces of Afghanistan as the real guardians of national interests of people of Afghanistan, they say that the cloth worn by security forces is the sign of national honor of Afghanistan. The distance between people and government should be removed.
These witnesses regard non introduction of cabinet members, untimely transition of security responsibility to Afghan security forces, signing of security treaty between Kabul-Washington and release of Bagram prisoners are the cases that the opponents to increase their attacks in the country. It itself shows that other countries also have their role in these attacks. So, our security and detective forces should be strengthened and active more. Former MP and political witness, Saleh Mohammad Registani says that after signing of security pact between Kabul and Washington, the suicide attacks and explosives have been increased in the country. No doubt, such assaults are designed outside of the country and our innocent people and security forces are the victims of these assaults. So, the government should make effort for enforcement of security forces especially the detective forces of the country. This is in a time that despite repeated efforts of government for maintaining security, so far, as the only institution of maintaining security in the country, the ministry of defense is uncertain. So, the government should introduce the minister-nominees of security institutions to parliament for giving vote of confidence till the concerns of people especially in connection with security are ended.
