Kabul (BNA) Afghan Security Forces during their security activities in some parts of the country killed 23 armed insurgents.
Interior Ministry Press Office said BNA, Afghan Security Forces conducting clearing operations in Farah, Herat, Kandahar, Helmand, Ghazni, Jawzjan, Sar-e-Pul, Takhar, Kunduz, Lgar and Faryab provinces killed 23 armed insurgents and arrested 4 others.
An amount of heavy and light weapons seized during the operations.
Also national police forces exposed and neutralized 5 mines from relevant areas of Zabul and Paktika provinces.
