Kabul (BNA) The national army forces carried out an operation under the code name of Oqab113 (Eagle 113) in the relevant areas of Gereshk district of Helmand province.
Defense ministry spokesman said BNA, a number of armed oppositions were killed and arrested and a depot of medicine and a vehicle were put on fire.
Also the national army forces conducting a cleansing operation in Arghandab district of Kandahar province arrested two armed oppositions along with a pistol and a set of communication.
According to another report, two national army troops were martyred and two others wounded in explosion of mines planted by armed insurgents in Waez district of Ghazni province and Tagab district of Kapisa province.
