Kabul (BNA) The counter administrative Judicial and Justice Center has established aiming to ensure justice in the country. The people hope this commitment be implemented in practice and the heinous phenomenon of administrative corruption be ended in the country forever.
BNA social affairs analyst commenting on the issue writes while Islamic Republic of Afghanistan severely criticized for prevailing administrative corruption in the country, but counter corruption struggle is the basic commitment of the national unity government. The establishment of Judicial and Justice Center could be the first step that the leaders of the unity government have taken in war against administrative corruption.
With establishment of the Judicial and justice, Center for anti-administrative corruption campaign can open serious cases of people, who have been involved in administrative corruptions and decide about them, while previously, anti-corruption struggle has its specific problems, suffering influences was not effective as it required. Fortunately, the recent statements of the leaders of the national unity government and the justice and judicial organs of the country indicate that justice has not forgotten. As, the president delivering his speech in inauguration ceremony of the center made it clear that only performing the duties in a proper and precise manner could attract the confidence of people. He added, recognizing the corrupted people are only possible via precisely and timely pursuing corrupted people’s cases. The president insisted that the center would be decisive in making its decisions.
Dr. Abdullah Abdullah the executive chief of the unity government calling the establishment of the center as a serious intention of the government toward implementing the verdicts of constitution and anti-corruption struggle said the center not followed political objectives but would ensure the rightful demands of the people. The attorneys general of the country’s statements were similar to the statements of executive chief. He claimed that anti-corruption campaign would be impartially, just, precisely and followed no any political objectives. In the past, anti-corruption campaign commitments were also exist in the country but due to influence and interventions of influenced and powerful individuals, state organs, and some authorities of the state, the commitments not implemented in practice, as it required.
Now, the center emphatically said that as an independent and non-political organ would follow the relevant cases with complete impartiality and would not surrender to influential people and illegal demands of the authorities of state. If the center act as it claimed, indisputably would be a firm step toward fighting corruption. Otherwise, if it involved in ethnical and regional affairs, act according to the illegal demands of influential people and state authorities, and could not implement its commitments already made, the people will become disappointment again. Since, the people have seen commissions, organs, and organization crying anti-corruption slogans failed to do anything in eradication of corruption. The people are well aware that administrative corruption is a complicated issue in the country and has wide dimensions, therefore; struggle against this evil phenomenon will take long time. Nevertheless, the establishment of the center will reduce the time and finally, corruption will curb. At the end, it should note that the authorities of the state and Judicial and justice center should know that the present generation and upcoming generations want a confident and respectful life and such a life is possible only in lack of administrative corruption, should be taken seriously.
