Taliban Planting Bomb Failed

Herat (BNA) Afghan security forces failed armed oppositions planting mine in Herat province.
According to the reports, Taliban militants wanted to target voting papers by the planting of bomb.
A source of National Security Directorate told BNA, a man who wanted to target voting papers by planting bomb arrested in the province.
Source added, the person is student of Herat University and allegedly, he skillfully cooperated with terrorist groups.
Meanwhile, military and intelligence authorities of the province say, with the security measures that they are taking the terrorist groups including armed Taliban militants don’t have the ability to disrupt the runoff presidential election.
