WB Assistance To Judiciary Institutions Needs Revision: Danesh

Kabul (BNA) The second vice president Sarwar Danesh has said that the assistance of the World Bank (WB) to judiciary institutions in Afghanistan needed revision.
He made the remarks in meeting with the World Bank’s representative to Afghanistan here the other day, BNA reported. During the meeting, the WB official assured that the bank supports to the people and government of Afghanistan in the fields of the rule of law and boosting judiciary affairs. Thanking the World Bank for its support to Afghanistan, the vice president pointed out that the modalities of assistance of the bank to judiciary’s entities in Afghanistan to make judiciary more effective needs revision. According to another report a delegation of old artists called on the vice president Danesh and apprised him about their problems and demands.
The second vice president also received a delegation of artists from RTA headed by RTA general director here the other day.
