National Gallery Chief Critically Injured In Terrorist Attack

Kabul (BNA) Chief of National Gallery, Mohammad Hashem Shareq has sustained critical wounds from a magnet mine fixed in his car, while going home Saturday night, according to the Bakhtar News Agency.
He was rushed to the emergency hospital, with the Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Dr. Kamal Sadat visiting him early Sunday morning.
Dr. Sadat expressed deep regret over the incident and condemning strongly said those are working for the promotion of the country’s culture and information are not also safe of the terrorist activities.
