Six Rebels Bump Off, 10 Round of Anti-Vehicle Mines Neutralized

Kabul (BNA) At least six armed oppositions were perished and three others were injured during mopping-up operations conducted by Afghan security forces in southern Zabul province.
Ministry of National Defense press office stated BNA, the operations were conducted to suppress armed insurgents and ensure peace and stability in insecure areas of Arghandab and Shamalzai districts of the province.
Meanwhile, five round of anti-vehicle mines have been discovered and defused during the operations as well, the source added.
According to another report, Afghan security forces succeeded to discover and neutralize five round of anti-vehicle mines in northern Kunduz province.
The mines placed in sacks and it is supposed to transfer via a truck from Dasht Archi district to Kunduz city the provincial capital of the province, which discovered in Charmgiri region, Amam Sahib district of Kunduz province.
