51 Welfare Projects Implemented In Parwan

Charikar (BNA) National Solidarity Program of Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (NSP/MRRD) have been completed and put into exploitation 51 public utility projects in Bagram district of Parwan province.
Eng. Zaki Head of National Solidarity Program in the province said, these development projects include the construction of community centers, retaining walls, agricultural water supply, building of irrigation canals, culverts, excavation of drinking water wells and various others welfare projects, with a sum of 112 million Afghanis from budget of NSP.
The projects during a ceremony have been inaugurated and handed-over by Mohammad Asem Asem governor of the province and Alhaj Mohammad Almas Zahid representative of Parwan people in Wolesi Jirga.
Parwan governor in the ceremony asked people of the district to pay serious attention in protection of the projects.
In the ceremony Eng. Abdul Wase Azizi acting chief of Rural Rehabilitation department in the province said, from 94 projects of NSP 51 projects have been completed and 44 development projects are underway in Bagram district of Parwan province.
Approximately, 11 thousand families have been able to get access to basic human needs from these welfare projects.
