Kabul (BNA) At least 176 armed oppositions were killed and 112 others were wounded during clashes and reciprocal attacks of Afghan security forces in 17 province within the last 24 hours.
Ministry of National Defense by releasing a statement reported BNA, the clashes and reciprocal raids took place in insecure areas of Nangarhar, Maidan/Wardak, Ghazni, Logar, Khost, Zabul, Kandahar, Ghor, Badghis, Farah, Herat, Balkh, Badakhshan, Kunduz, Helmand, Baghlan and Kabul provinces.
Also, 48 different type of mines have been discovered and confused by Afghan security forces in various parts of the country.
The mines have been planted by Taliban fighters to target innocent civilians and Afghan security troops.
