Gardiz (BNA) Seven prisoners were escaped from Gardiz jail center of Paktia province last night.
Abdullah Hasrat spokesman for Paktia governor in a contact with BNA correspondent confirmed the escape of the prisoners, but did not provide further details.
Meanwhile, police chief of Paktia Osman Janbaz said, investigation had begun into how the prisoners had fled from the prison.
