Kabul (BNA) Having vast virgin deserts and roaring rivers, rich underground resources and fertile fields, Afghanistan is susceptible for agriculture and livestock breeding. While our roaring rivers pour into the neighboring countries free of charge. Every year huge amounts of money of this poor people who earn it with thousands hardships and pains, are spent for purchase and supply of wheat and other grains to foreign countries and into the pockets of their traders. But we slightly use all those available God-sent gifts. According to available assessments made on richness of our underground resources like mines, oil, gas, iron, copper, coal, precious stones etc, in case of exploitation, development of agriculture, mine extraction construction of hydropower plants and dams, our country will soon stand among the most developed countries. But unfortunately, the enemies of this land launched imposed wars, created disunity and deprived our people of progress and development and don’t let them to take steps in the direction of progress. These enemies every day make tricks to keep the fire of wars inflaming and jeopardize our people daily life. If our rulers in the last over fifteen years, had made sincere efforts and properly used generous foreign assistance, not only today our country would have been built but our toiling people would have also got rid of the burden of devastating imposed conflicts.
Current assessments of Afghanistan socio, economic, political situation show that with heavy powerful human power, plenty of water, rich mines, lovely climate, monsoonal rains, and our people would have not been in need of purchase of wheat and grains from other countries and even we would have been among the grain exporting countries. But due to lack of attention to pave the way for better living conditions for the people, lack of initiative in rebuilding process, ensuring security and attraction of the people cooperation to defend their territory, today our people and the imposed wars have destroyed their assets. Socio- political experts believe that the leaders of the NUG should make efforts to attract people cooperation for promotion of their economic living conditions, rebuilding of the country, improvement of agricultural products etc. They should use the strong arm of this nation, pave the way of education for offspring of this nation establish good governance and prevent corruption, reduce unemployment, expend defensive process with recruitment of youth to ANSF ranks.
