Kabul (BNA) Three prayers were martyred and nine others were wounded when a group of armed gunmen start gunfire on them in a mosque in eastern Paktia province.
According to reports, a group of armed gunmen who riding motorcycle firing on prayers in a mosque in Zahid village, Gardez city the provincial capital of the province.
Spokesman of Paktia governor told BNA, three prayers were martyred and nine others were wounded following the incident.
Doctors in a health center called critical the health conditions of three injured of the event.
The attackers’ identity and reason of the incident is not clear so far.
Efforts has started to identify and capture the perpetrators of the bloody and inhuman act, Pakita police officials said.
No individual or group has not comment regarding the incident until now, but already the similar events carried out by Taliban and ISIS terrorist groups in different parts of the country.
