HERAT (BNA): A group of ten Thai tourists recently embarked on a journey to Herat province to explore its historical and natural attractions. During a meeting with the Director of Information and Culture of Herat province, the tourists expressed their satisfaction with the peace and security established in Afghanistan.
The Director of Information and Culture of Herat, Mawlana Haqqani welcomed the tourists and assured them of his full cooperation.
He encouraged them to freely visit the recreational and historical sites, as well as handicraft exhibitions in Herat province. He also expressed hope that they would present an authentic picture of Afghanistan to the world.
The Thai tourists, while appreciating the efforts of the Information and Culture department of Herat province, expressed their satisfaction with the security measures in place. They felt safe while visiting the historical spots of the province.
