Kabul (BNA) General Qadan shah Shahim the national army chief of staff has instructed the security forces of the country that if Taliban not stop fighting, not join peace process, not accept the constitution and not leave their weapons on the ground have no mercy to them kill them. General Shahim talking in a gathering held in headquarters of Shaheen 209 army corp stationed in Mazar-e-Sharif city, northern Balkh province for introducing the new commander of the corp. called military situation in the country in to the benefit of people and security forces. The general claimed that Taliban have no the capability to stand and resist against Afghan security forces, they had lost their bases and stronghold in most of the provinces, especially in northern provinces Faryab, Jawzjan, Kunduz and Badakhshan they have sustained deadly blows by security forces.
The Afghan army chief of staff added the combatant capability of Taliban has collapsed. Therefore, they were compelled to launch a propagating war. Fortunately, their operation under the name and slogan of Omery operation failed without any achievement. The high ranking Afghan warned Taliban desist fighting otherwise you would be eliminate by security forces. He expressing gratitude from the former commander of Shaheen 209 corp. asked the new commander to stand firm against Taliban and treat well with people and troops under his command.
General Mohmand Katawazy the new commander of Shaheen 209 corp. expressing gratitude from defense ministry’s authorities for their trust to him pledged that in close cooperation with the authorities of the north part of the country would not spare any efforts for ensuring peace and security.
