Clearing Operation Launched In Dangam District

Kabul (BNA) At least 17 insurgents including 6 Pakistani militants were killed following a clearing operation launch by Afghan security forces in Dangam district, Kunar province.
Ministry of National Defense press office said BNA, the recent operation was launched by Afghan security forces in Dangam district, Kunar province, in which 17 armed oppositions including 6 Pakistani insurgents were killed and 30 others wounded.
Some heavy and light weapons, war equipment and ammunitions have been seized during the operation by Afghan security forces.
The operation started, while more than 2000 insurgents including foreign militants stormed on Dangam district’s building two days ago.
Ministry of National Defense confirmed that during operations 5 Afghan National Army forces were martyred and 4 others were injured.
