Lashkarga (BNA) The National Police Forces have seized 783 kg of opium from Khaneshin district of Helmand province last night.
Press office of Helmand province said to BNA, three narcotic smugglers placed the opium in a corolla car and wanted to transfer it to Pakistan, were arrested by national police forces in Khaneshin district.
17 kg of explosive materials were seized from these smugglers as well, said the source.
According to the source, the seized opium was surrendered to anti-narcotic office of Helmand province.
