“Return Back As Human Capitals After Completion of Higher Education,” President Ghani

Kabul (BNA) President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani met yesterday with 100 Afghan youths who are going to follow their higher education in Uzbekistan.
In the meeting held at presidential palace, first special envoy to President on central Asian countries’ affairs Mohammad Shakir Kargar briefed related to the scholarships and said, “Today it is an important day for Turk tribes and Afghanistan government and we were anticipating for such a moment which has been fortunately prepared by President Ghani.”
Shakir Kargar added Uzbeki language department has started its operation at language and literature faculty of Kabul University and was a good step.
Afterwards, minister of labor, social affairs, martyrs and disables Faizullah Zaki spoke and while appreciating the country’s President for his attention to higher education of youth said President Ghani was among supporters of putting Uzbeki language in the country’s constitution and from that time the foundation of national consensus was laid.
“My suggestion to the country’s President is to further provide higher education opportunities to Afghan youth so they can continue their higher education to MA and PhD degrees,” Zaki added.
After hearing participants’ suggestions and demands, the country’s President said Uzbeki language is interpolated in the country’s constitution and they were obliged to implement it.
Addressing to the students, President Ghanin said, “You take benefit from the given opportunity and make use of it. My anticipation from you is to return home as human capitals after completion higher education.”
President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani further said that good relations have been created with Uzbekistan and such relations could be an example.
Each one of you is my ambassador to Uzbekistan, so you should represent Afghanistan in a better way,” President Ghani added.
The country’s President promised he would provide the students higher education opportunity to MA and PhD levels.
