Kabul (BNA) The Kabul police chief Gen. Zahir Zahir will continue to serve as Kabul police chief after his resignation was rejected by the Ministry of Interior (MoI).
The main reason behind his resignation has not been ascertained so far, but reports suggest that he had resigned due to deteriorating security situation.
The anti-government armed militants carried out at over 10 attacks including complex raids in various parts of the city during the past two weeks.
