Aibak (BNA) Three civilians were wounded in a mine blast in Samangan province yesterday.
Colonel Mohammad Baqir Masoud police chief of Samangan told BNA, the incident occurred while a mine was placed in a motorcycle and exploded near security directorate of the province, which caused wounding of two men and a woman.
The injured were taken to civil hospital of Aibak city, official of the hospital reported the health condition of 2 wounded critical.
