Extraction Of Mines Strengthens National Economy

Kabul (BNA) Marshal Fahim First Vice President and chairman of the CM law committee chaired the meeting of the law committee of the CM which discussed a series of draft laws including the law on mines and petroleum of Afghanistan.
At the start of the meeting Marshal Fahim that the draft law on mines and petroleum is an important document.
He added that the people of Afghanistan are waiting for extraction of their underground mines so that by this way the national economy is strengthened.
He added that the laws require precise attention so that it is finalized and adopted as soon as possible for investment has already started in the mines of the country.
The minister of justice presented the draft laws for mines and petroleum, and amendment and addition of article 15 at the regulation of night higher education.
After discussions the committee decided that a committee led by justice minister and with membership of ministers of commerce, industries and mines, Mohammad Ashraf Rasuli Advisor Minister in judicial and legal affairs, Nasrullah Stanikzai Chair man of the consultative legal and judicial board, Prof. Nazifi chairman of the atomic energy and the representative of the chambers of commerce.
Further study the drafts and after its finalization present them to the CM meeting.
The meeting also confirming the draft regulation for night higher education institution and decided that it should be referred to the cabinet meeting.
