Thirty-One Armed Taliban Killed

Kabul (BNA) The Afghan security forces in the last 24 hours conducted a series of clearing operations in the provinces of the country killed 31 armed Taliban .
Interior ministry press office stated BNA, the security forces conducting several clearing operations in the outskirts of Paktia, Ghazni, Maidan-Wardak, Paktika, Zabul, Baghlan, Farah, Badghis, Khost, Nangarhar, Herat and Kapisa provinces, killed 31 armed insurgents, wounded 26 and arrested 7 others.
A quantity of heavy and light weapons was seized and six mines discovered and defused by the forces in the operation.
According to another report 14 armed insurgents killed in separate operation conducted by national army forces in Kunduz and Helmand provinces.
According to national defense ministry press office to BNA, the operations launched by national army forces in Dasht-e-Archi district of Kunduz province in which two armed rebels killed and two others wounded.
Meanwhile, another operation carried out by national army forces in Sangeen district, Helmand province in which 12 armed rebels killed and a quantity of weapons were seized.  T. Suraya-Yarzada
