Kabul (BNA) Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) today reported 22 new positive cases of COVID-19 in Afghanistan within the last 24 hours.
According to BNA report, a patient have died due to coronavirus, while no patient recovered within the last 24 hours in the country.
With this, the total cases are now 39,096, the total reported deaths are 1,445 and total recoveries are 32,576 in Afghanistan.
Officials in Ministry of Public Health reported that 5,076 active cases of COVID-19 among patients at under their care as Tuesday morning in Afghanistan.
It is mentionable that until now 108,756 samples of coronavirus has been tested in laboratories of the ministry across the country, the officials added.
