Kabul (BNA) The assertions of former US ambassador to Afghanistan based on changing of Pakistan as second North Korea by the US because of its supporting from terrorism should take place through secluding measures. These assertions of Zalmay Khalilzad are reflected in more media of Afghanistan that Pakistan is supporter of terrorism and should be drawn to international tribunal. Khalilzad added: Those groupings are fighting with Afghanistan are supporting by Pakistan and the US especially its both chambers have been assured that the centers of Taliban grouping and Haqqani network are residing in Pakistan. Khalilzad wanted the government of Afghanistan to lay down the documents and evidence indicates the involvement of Pakistan in making insecure Afghanistan at the disposal of the UN security council and at the same time wanted from the US government to cut its financial assistance to Pakistan and through severe measures and make this country recluse like North Korea.
This former high-ranking authority of the US added: Pakistan should pay the war damages to Afghanistan. This time, Khalilzad made effort to unveil the main factor behind insecurities and instabilities in Afghanistan, the insecurities and instabilities which are increased unprecedentedly within recent two years. In anti-terrorist operations, the military men of Pakistan adopt measure against that Pakistani Taliban who are opposing Islamabad, but, they don’t adopt measure against those Taliban who fun war in Afghanistan but are living in Pakistan. In Afghanistan, the leaders of National Unity Government are trying to take distance from their original policy regarding Pakistan and use the language and literature of criticism regarding this country. It is a policy that from some time back is places as the agenda of the government, the policy that in another word is the freshest instrument used by Kabul for haltering of Islamabad. The experts believe that if this effort be accompanied continuously by diplomatic apparatus of Afghanistan, would produce step by step result. Because, according to them, the clear criticisms of the US government authorities and senators from Pakistan as well as more than before closeness and cooperation of the same to Afghanistan is the sign of achievements gained through this.
It is an unparalleled and exceptional opportunity for the government of Afghanistan to benefit wisely and effectively from this important and strategic level. It is imagined that Pakistan too in some extent, focused its attention toward Kabul fresh treat, because, the Islamabad flexible position in the connection has no other reason sans this.
