Kabul (BNA) Some 40 civilians were killed and nearly 60 others were wounded when a suicide bomber blew his explosive packed car among a crowd of people gathered to watch a volleyball match in southern province of Paktika’s Yahya Khil district Sunday evening. He called the act launched by the country’s enemy as coward and brutal, with no justification and heavily disgusting. The Presidential press office quoted Mohammad Ashraf Ghani as expressing deep sadness over the tragic event and called the provincial governor via telephone to send urgent aids to the victims and the security organs to trail those involved in the incident as soon as possible. The President extended his condolence to the bereaved families of the victims and immediate recovery to those injured.
