Tarinkot City (BNA) At least 23 Taliban rebels including their three commanders were killed due to military operation in southwest Urozgan province the night before last.
Col. Wali Jaan Sarhadi police chief of Urozgan told BNA, the operation has started three days ago in relevant areas of Tarinkot city the provincial capital of the province.
Some heavy, light weapons and ammunitions have been discovered and seized during the operation too.
