Kabul (BNA) The committee on Laws with second vice president Sarwar Danesh held meeting yesterday.
At the meeting as per agenda, the draft to protect the rights of writer, artist and researcher (copy right), the right of inventor and explorer were discussed. In his remarks, the vice president expressed hope that with developing the laws and its implementation considering ground realities would create more opportunities in different fields. Briefing the meeting, acting minister for justice said that since Afghanistan was accepted as observer in the World Trade Organization (WTO) in 2005 and the organization won’t accept Afghanistan as its member unless the mentioned laws is approved. Keeping in mind the importance of the laws, members of the committee presented their viewpoints and proposals and also tasked the ministry for justice to include the suggestions into the laws.
