Jalalabad (BNA) The police forces prevented from a series of blasts in Nangarhar province.
According to reports, Daesh and Taliban militants planted mines on main roads of the province, which fortunately with cooperation of police forces and local people the mines were discovered and neutralized.
In first step, the ANA forces discovered and defused at least three mines which was planted on main roads of Batikot and Khogyani district.
Ataullah Khogyani spokesman governor of Nangarhar province told BNA, the mines were planted last night and discovered and defused by police personnel with cooperation of local people.
Another report says that the ANA forces prevented from bloody events in Dehbala, Achen and Kot districts of the province.
According to reports, Daesh affiliates planted at least four mines on main roads of the two districts.
Spokesman for the Nangarhar governor added Taliban and Daesh loyalists wanted with planting the mines to organize a series of bloody incident in different parts of Nangarhar province, but not succeeded to their evil goals.
