Kandahar (BNA) A person was killed and 11 others wounded in a blast in 8th precinct of Kandahar city today.
Samim Khpelwak acting governor spokesman of Kandahar told BNA the blast occurred in a depot of 8th precinct of Kandahar city which caused martyring of a person and wounding of 11 including five civilians.
According to the source, police seized explosive materials in a series of operations and placed it in a depot in 8th precinct of Kandahar city, the explosive materials exploded which caused martyring of one and wounding of 11 others.
The injured of the incident were taken to Mairwais hospital of the province. Medical officials of the hospital reported the health condition of five injured critical.
