Kabul (BNA) Marshal Mohammad Qaseem Fahim acting president of Afghanistan in his meeting with Thomas Demerez defense minister of Germany while expressing thanks from the world community in creation and formation of the security forces of Afghanistan recalled the gained ability of these forces in undertaking the security responsibility from foreign forces and stressed that it is our task to carry on this heavy task on our own alone.
At this meeting Marshal Fahim further added that this is a difficult way but considering the trust that we have in our security forces, we shall overcome the obstacles and overcome the challenges.
He stressed that the leadership of Afghanistan by its loyalty towards the Constitution and the principle of democracy has full readiness to organize the forthcoming presidential in its due time.
He emphasized on the consolidation of stability and calmness in the region and added that we are for having good relations with our neighbors.
The German defense ministry in this meeting said that believe in the combat ability of the Afghan security forces and I promise that we shall be on your side in the future.
He mentioned further that Germany will have its presence after 2014 in a different form and we shall try to train the defensive forces of Afghanistan.
He emphasized further that the government of Afghanistan and the world community should jointly endeavors in preserving the existing achievements with the management of the government of Afghanistan.
General Mohammadi Minister of Defense was also present at this meeting.
