NSP Kicks Off 34 Sub-Projects In Kabul

Kabul (BNA) The Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development (MRRD) said in a statement Tuesday that its led-National Solidarity Program (NSP) had conducted 34 sub-projects in different parts of Kabul.
The NSP Provincial Manager was quoted in the statement as saying the projects will be completed with a cost of more than 80,198,000Afs in Mirbacha Kot, Qarabagh, and Kalakan districts of the province.
The projects include the construction of social centers, retaining walls, irrigation canals and graveling of rural roads. Upon completion of these projects, approximately16, 996 families will gain access to basic human needs.
Since its inception, the NSP has expended 2,337,904,703Afs for implementation of 2,459 projects in the stated province which included various sectors, such as education, water supply, electricity, livelihood, transport and community centers.
Thousands of the Kandahar province residents have benefitted from these projects so far.
