Kabul (BNA) President Hamid Karzai strongly condemned the terrorist attack as a result of which Hamidullah Khan “Helmand” the member of the provincial peace council of and tribal elder of Nawa was martyred.
According to the report of Governor Office, he was martyred close to his home by the enemies of the people of Afghanistan.
The president noted in his message about this terrorist attack that the enemy of the people of Afghanistan has martyred a peaceable personality who always tried for peace and construction of Afghanistan.
The president added that the enemies of Afghanistan with such terrorist attacks, not only cannot weaken the will of the people of Afghanistan for progress and peace restoration, but the government and people of Afghanistan shall further accelerate their efforts for ensuring of peace in the country.
President Karzai conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family of Shahed Hamidullah Khan Helmand and wishes peace for his soul.
