Kabul (BNA) The release of 9 Pakistani terrorists from Bagram prison is a matter of suspicion and a blatant violation of Afghan national sovereignty   and breach of the laws of the country that could be another factor for instability of Afghanistan.
BNA political analyst writes in that regard: Recently the Pakistani and western media reported about the release of 9 Pakistani nationals from Bagram prisons who were involved in terrorist activities In Afghanistan.  Earlier dozens of horrible Pakistani dangerous terrorists have been released from Bagram prison runs by American troops; this time the foreign forces released the 9 Pakistani at once while they were in prison without trial.    Afghan judicial and justice organs have repeatedly asked the American military authorities to hand over all prisoners to Afghan side for investigation and trial unfortunately they only agreed to repatriate the Afghan prisoners and foreign national mostly Pakistanis remained in their custody. Moreover, their cases never investigated.
The release of 9 Pakistani national can indicate to a series secret dealing. If we deeply pay attention to the commitments and principles of foreign forces in Afghanistan they always emphasis that they would respect the Afghan laws and regulations and observe the Afghan traditions and national values. But the release of 9 Pakistani nationals involved in terrorist attacks indicates that they have ignored their commitments and not only violated the Afghans traditions and national values but damaged them seriously. The release of Pakistani national who was directly involved in destructive activities openly damages the sovereignty and national interests of our people.
The release of these terrorists is a clear violation of commitments foreign forces made for Afghan government and people. It was better for foreign forces along Afghan prisoners handed over the foreign terrorists to Afghanistan, for trial according to Afghan laws. Unfortunately, they did not do so and this way not only violated their own commitments but also ignored the Afghan laws and national sovereignty.
Therefore, it is necessary for relevant Afghan state organs to accelerate the process of handing over the foreign prisoners who are behind the bars because of their criminal actions to be tried in Afghan courts according to Afghan laws and judicial system. Abdul Khalil Minawi
