Kabul (BNA) An operation launched by National army forces a number of armed rebels were killed in the relevant areas of Dankam district, Kunar province the other day.
Ministry of Defense press office told BNA, a number of insurgents who wanted to carry out terrorist activities were killed in the operation.
Some heavy and light weapons seized by security forces in the operation.
According to another report, National army forces during their security mission discovered and neutralized 17 anti-vehicles mines which were planted by armed oppositions.
