Kabul (BNA) Chaired by Second Vice President Sarwar Danesh, the cabinet laws’ committee held session on Sunday, during which draft regulations of public and private partnership, producing and importing explosives and draft amendment of security enterprise’s statute articles were reviewed, BNA reported.
According to the agenda, first, the draft regulation of private and public partnership was presented by the ministry of justice and then, it was reviewed by the meeting’s members. The regulation has been applied based upon the decree’s article 61 of the law on private and public partnership in four chapters and 66 articles.
On suggestion of the women affairs minister on establishment of further facilities to entrepreneur women, the committee decided that the ministry should specifically present its suggestions in the respect.
During the meeting, the draft regulation of some articles related to security enterprises statute was also discussed, during which it was decided that in cooperation with relevant organs, the draft should be reviewed by the ministry of justice.
