NANGARHAR (BNA) Worth over 7 million Afghanis two development projects was started Jalalabad capital city of Nangarhar.
The mayor of Nangarhar Mullah Nematullah Akhund, said in the opening ceremony of the projects: that a road and a canal by financial support of “UNOPS” under the title of Social Support and Livelihood Program of Afghanistan with a cost of 7.5 million Afghanis started in the province, and will completed within two months.
Hundreds of acres of farmland will be irrigated in addition to facilitating the movement of citizens, with launch of these projects, he said.
Hundreds of people provided with laborer works with conducts of these projects in the province of Nangarhar, he said.
