Kabul (BNA) The Taliban grouping stopped passenger vehicles in a street of Ghor province and killed 15 passengers.
All of them were innocent people included of women and children as with the release of a statement, President Karzai regarded killing of 15 civil people in Ghor province by Taliban as cowardly and unforgivable act and instructed security authorities to probe the issue seriously. At the same time, the authorities of Ghor province, expressed their concern over security situation in this province and called killing of 15 civilians as an inhuman and anti-Islamic act and asked for serious measures in maintenance of security in Ghor province. Ghor governor, Sayed Anwar Rahmati said in this respect that they time and again asked from senior authorities in Kabul to adopt decisive and necessary measures for improvement of security situation in Ghor province.
Rahmati added that Taliban stopped three passenger vans in the way of Kabul-Cheghcheran and asked all passengers about their IDs and from among them, they martyred special group who were including three women and eleven men along a bride and groom. Majority of them were ordinary people and were belong to Hazara nationality of Afghanistan. Ghor governor added that these personnel were planning to spend Eid days alongside their families and were going to Kabul that Taliban purposefully resorted to their killing. They think this act of Taliban causes dissension among the people of Afghanistan. But, fortunately the people of Afghanistan don’t deceive of the enemies plots. Increment of violence and insecurities in a number of provinces is the indicator of this fact that Taliban have not any believe to the sanctities of Islam and with performance of barbaric acts, they wanted to create harass among people.
The Holy Month of Ramadan that is the month of forgiveness and blessing, they resort to killing innocent people. Although, during recent months, the attacks of Taliban had vast losses, but showering of arrows on civil people during recent days is unprecedented. This is in a time that the delegation of representative of the UN in Afghanistan in its six month reported about civil casualties during fighting in Afghanistan and said that a number of civil people are killed as a result of hand grenades and suicide attacks between January till the June 30 and these losses show an increase of 24 percent comparing the same period of last year. Likewise, a number of religious scholars while severely condemning killing of civil people, they flay martyrdom of 15 countrymen in Ghor province and say that committing such inhuman and barbaric acts have no explanation and are against Islamic teaching and beliefs.
One of religious ulema, Qari Mohamamd Omar said in the connection that this is not for the first time that Taliban committed such crime but, with benefit from the name of holy religious of Islam, they resorted to killing of our innocent people. He said that in any religion, killing innocent people is not permitted; especially in holy religion of Islam that is one of the most complete religions. A religious scholar of Islam Maulawi Mohammad Bareq believes that killing 15 people in Ghor province doesn’t cause dissension among our people, because, they know that this is the work of a certain group that are going to fun tribal and religious fanaticism in the country. But, they should know that our people don’t deceived by such plots of the enemies. A number of citizens also regarded killing of innocent civilians by Taliban as a satanic act and inhuman and ask Islamic countries and OIC member nations to clear their positions before them.
A high school student in Kabul city, Ms. Maryam says that the complains of people of Afghanistan from credible religious resources is this that why they don’t clear their positions before such criminal acts. The people of Afghanistan want from Duband and Al-Azhar societies to condemn the crimes of Taliban and proclaim to the world that the violence of Taliban don’t represent the belief of one billion Muslims of the world. This is in a time that during recent one month, the attacks on terrorist Taliban is increased against civilian innocent people that as a result of few explosions in Kabul, Herat, Takhar and Paktika provinces, tens of civilians had been killed or injured. At the same time, the UN office and human right commission of Afghanistan flayed killing of civilians in Ghor province.
The spokesperson of the UNAMA Ms. Nilab Rahimi told media that unfortunately once more, the civilians are targeted by the attacks that as a result, some people lost their lives, this is an inhuman act and against all humanitarian and philanthropic international laws. She added that we demand from all involved sides to safeguard the live of civilians. Similarly, the independent human rights commission of Afghanistan also asks from the government that the culprits of these incidents be recognized and punished according to the law.
