PUL-E-ALAM CITY (BNA) At least 25 external and internal insurgents were killed during a military operation conducted by National Directorate Security (NDS) personnel in central Logar province.
A source of NDS in Logar told BNA report, the military operation have launched by NDS personnel to annihilate armed oppositions, ensure peace and stability and protect the lives and properties of local people in various parts of Charkh district of the province.
25 terrorists including Chinese and Chechenia’s residents were killed, 16 injured and 6 others were arrested during the military operation, the source added.
Some heavy and light weapons, suicide vests, bombs and mines belonged to the anti-government militias have been seized and three terrorists’ hideouts have been destroyed during the military operation, the source concluded.
