Kabul (BNA) Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has appreciated Kabul schools’ three students getting the first, second and third positions in article-writing competition titled ‘My Afghanistan’.
In a ceremony held the other day on this occasion at presidential palace with participation of first lay, minister of education, principles of Zarghona, Abdul Ghafoor Nadim and Shahrak Pamir schools, President Ghani while appreciating the top students and holders of the competition considered holding such competition as useful for improvement of Afghan students’ talents. Afterwards, top students of the competition thanked the country’s President for his attention and encouragement. It is worth mentioning that in the competition titled ‘My Afghanistan’ held by initiative of the country’s first lady and cooperation of ministry of education, more than 200 students from 10th, 11th and 12th classes of Kabul city’s schools have participated and only four students have been selected as excellent student in the competition.
