Jalalabad (BNA) By constructing water deep wells, drinking water has provided to thousands of villagers in Nangarhar.
The villagers who live in Kozkunar District, have been suffering from various diseases due to lack of access to clean water.
Nangarhar rural rehabilitation and development department has built 23 deep wells to supply these villagers with clean water.
An official of this office told BNA, the wells cost more than three and half million Afghanis.
The villagers are happy to have access to clean water for the first time.
