“Political Coalitions Should Have Complete And Written Programs.” People Say.

Tuesday, July 18, 2017

Kabul (BNA)  Establishing coalitions and carrying political activities are characteristic of democratic system of governments, according to which political parties with complete and written programs come together to work for welfare and tranquility of people and stability of their country.
BNA political analyst commenting on the issue writes that within a couple of last days, Afghan political society has seen a series of developments. Establishing new political coalitions indicates that efforts for reform, development, changes, and reconstruction have become more serious than ever and the activities for the purpose have stepped up.
Coalition of parties and political organizations aiming for bringing reforms and providing the ground for social welfare and stability and reconstruction of the country is one of the characteristics of democratic system of governments, according to which they struggle for achieving the objectives mentioned above.
The new political coalitions insist on implementation of constitution, holding free and transparent elections, and carrying practical efforts for bringing changes and development of the country
The new political coalitions insist on observing legality in the community, implementing the constitution, and holding free and transparent elections. Some members of the coalition’s seriously criticize the performances of the state, especially on dealing improperly with the protesters of Upheaval Movement,  being indifference before army and security forces  are among critics addressed the government.
It should be mention that establishing coalitions in democratic system of governments is an attempt toward progress and cooperation with government to ease the way for achieving the constructive objectives of state. Unfortunately, we see the opposite of that in newly established political coalitions.
During the last three decades many coalitions have formed, since they established to meet the individuals and certain groups’ interests, they failed and the people named them ordered coalitions.
If we look at content and formation the new coalitions, is almost similar to previous ones. Most of the members of the new coalition are high-ranking members of the present government or high-ranking members of the previous governments. The current problems suffering Afghan people are the heritage of the past. If any criticisms addressing the current authorities of the government, in reality refers to whom, who are the members of current government or the members of previous governments. Therefore, they share in both successes and failures of the past and present.
Unfortunately, as the previous experiences show, coalitions in Afghanistan fan differences, while the current situation of the country requires more sympathy and political wisdom not selfish and egoistic actions. The people need a move toward settling the problems not creating further problems.
