Kabul (BNA) A consultative meeting was held on April 9th with the participation of press security organs and domestic media and members of the press violation commission on ensuring of national high interest of the country and ensuring of security led by Dr. Sayed Makhdoom Raheen Minister of Information and Culture.
At this meeting the participants had free discussions.
The press department of the national security department while providing information at the meeting also mentioned of presence of some obscure foreign nationals at some media and publications against press law and the Afghan Constitution by some media.
Unfortunately, the media has got the assertions of this meeting in other way round as if the Noor, Zhuwandoon, Shamshad and Tamadon TVs have employed foreigners without legal procedures and they are being financed by the neighbors.
While the representative of the national security department did not accuse any media on financing by any neighboring country, but only stated that presence of some obscure foreign nationals at some of the media has brought about concern and that the publication of the some of the media are against the national interests and the Afghan Constitution.
The media that have defined this consultative meeting against the enforced laws of the country are accountable to the violation commission of the media.
