Kabul (BNA) The Turkmen Foreign Minister arrived in Kabul to meet with officials of the Islamic Emirate this morning.
He was welcomed at Kabul Airport by Amir Khan Motaqi, Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Zabihullah Mujahid, Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate and Deputy Minister of Publications of the Ministry of Information and Culture, and other officials.
