UN Special Envoy’s Deputy To Cooperate With Candidates For Solution For Dispute

Kabul (BNA) UN special envoy’s deputy to Afghanistan in a news conference yesterday informed of cooperation of the UN for solution of current dispute between Afghanistan’s two presidential candidates.
In the news conference, deputy for UN special envoy to Kabul said, “The United Nations is ready to find a way of solution in cooperation with the two candidates for present problems, adding Independent Election Commission will be definitely continuing its work with transparency according to time-table in order to get satisfaction of the two sides.”
He stressed that the presidential candidates should not incite sensitive issues and should cooperate with each other. Deputy for UN special envoy to Kabul also asserted he expected that further observation and consideration were carried out in the election process to satisfy the candidates and Afghanistan people, adding Dr. Ashraf Ghani Ahmadzai had left for treatment to a foreign country and present issues to be discussed after he returned home.
