International Health Exhibition Opens In Kabul

Kabul (BNA) The first international health exhibition was opened in Kabul with the aim of consolidating trade and economic ties of Afghanistan with the regional countries, standardizing and strengthening of health sphere in the country, preparing the ground for conclusion of contracts among the Afghan and foreign traders and investors in production and importing of quality medicine and medical equipment into the country.
Addressing the ceremony, head of the chamber of commerce board of director Qurban Haqjo said that at this exhibition 50 Afghan, Iranian and Pakistani companies are displaying their medical products in 53 outlets. Ahmad Jan Naem deputy minister of public health emphasized on the cooperation of this ministry and stressed that the ministry is trying to provide necessary facilities for the traders in the country.
Qayum Sajadi representative of the people at the National Assembly and head of the Khatemul Nabien University and Mohammad Hashim Wahaj head of Wahaj hospital also spoke on the issue.
The exhibition will remain open for three days at the Sitara hotel in Kabul.
