UNICEF: Schools Should Be Havens of Protection and Peace

KABUL (BNA) UNICEF, the United Nations Children’s Fund, has called the attack on a tuition center a grave violation of human rights.

The UNICEF statement also said that UNICEF condemned the attack and, in the strongest terms, called on all parties to protect children at all times.
